The problem I had with this game is that it has nothing that hasn't been overused to death before. I understand it's a class project/assignment, but try thinking outside of the box.
I've heard the old "Kid lives in village, village gets raided/destroyed, kid seeks revenge" thousands of times before (well that might be a bit of a hyperbole, but you get the point.)
Also, the combat is repetitive and boring. There are no strategic elements whatsoever except for the fact that you have to heal yourself before you die.
As for the boss battle, I understand they should be tough but the fact that you have to essentially "grind" for potions in order to survive the battle is a big no-no. Like I said, boss battles should be tough, but strategically involved, so it requires precision thinking rather than mashing buttons to win.
Graphics-wise, I'm not too offended by it. Sure, a nice presentation always makes games more engaging and immersive, but it's not required to make a fun game.
And lastly I played with the audio on and it was ok for the first couple of minutes, but then it became irritating, especially during the fights. It would be nice to have a litte more diversity in the audio department, preferably music with more than one instrument in it.
If you're indeed serious about making games, then by all means, listen to the constructive criticism and try to improve your skills. I know it's hard to listen to the flaws about the stuff you make (even if most of the stuff is subjective,) I know it hurts our pride a bit, but we only get better by failing.
Yeah, these comments are what I really need to narrow the gamer's need, that's why I dared to put this thing up, because I don't want to create the next chapters based on what we think, but what you guys also think about this and RPG at most. :)

It's simple yet I think it's helpful for those who are new to NG. The only thing I have complains about is the music and the gree text, it's hard to the eyes, please chage it if you have the oportunity to do so.
I plan to change the color of the text and add more songs to listen to. Thx for the review.
It makes me wish I had a turbo spacebar keyboard or something lol. Anyway if you make another WME game, why don't you put some people in the background, cheering up or something like that? It reminds me of the old 2d fighters with the crowd in the background etc.

It needs a LOT of work
All the clicking gets boring after a while. The powerups take ages to buy, and the turrets don't seem to work effectively (at least I didn't notice the difference with turrets or without). I would rather kill a LOT of guys with one shot than click multiple times to kill one. Aren't you supposed to be a sniper after all? Plus, that guy in the corner is annoying and TOO distracting. You should make it smaller and reduce the time before it dissapears. Also, you should move that bar at the far left, since it blocks some of the units and you don't know if they're shooting or not.
Overall a good concept, but not very well executed.
However, there are a couple of things you can fix. Like for example, as everyone else has been saying, it needs a crosshair. Second, if I get killed I hate having to start the damn game again from the begining, make something like savepoints in where you can start from if you get killed. Otherwise it's a nice game.
A martini "dressup game" haha. It's kinda simple, yet an interesting concept nevertheless. Some creativity going on there, I like it.
